Yes and No. As the images, stories, layout, design, etc. are copyrighted materials of Rodney Lough Jr., who has a worldwide collector base, this content will have restrictions placed on the digital books. Minimal DRM security measures would be password protecting the PDF files to help prevent piracy. This is still under consideration.
